The trade name for this product is Tuna Steak.
The package contains two steaks with a net weight between 400 and 650 gr. per package. Each tuna steaks may have a variable net weight, 75 to 300 g. The box contains 4 or 5 packages.
Product made from tuna (Thunnus albacares, Thunnus obesus) which has been deboned and chilled. The steaks are then vacuum packed with added antioxidants to ensure that all the organoleptic qualities of the product are maintained for the duration of its shelf life.
Ingredients used: tuna, water, salt and antioxidants (E-300, E-301, E-331).
