The trade name for this product is Swordfish Loin.

The package contains just one piece per box which may have a variable net weight, 3 to 6 kg.

Product made from swordfish (Xiphias Gladius) that has undergone a process of unfreezing, bleeding, gutting and cutting to obtain completely clean loins. These loins are subsequently vacuum-packed, conserving all their organoleptic qualities up to the end of their useful lives.

Ingredients used: swordfish, water, salt and antioxidants (E-300, E-301, E-331).
We deliver this product refrigerated and ready to cook.
It features Health Registration No.: ES 12.17594/MU CE.
Fishing zone: FAO zones 27, 77, 71, 87 and 81.

Product quality:
Colour: inherent to the species.
Smell: typical, characteristic. Absence of subjective smells of decomposition or contamination with external substances.
Flavour: Typical, characteristic.
Texture: firm to bite.
Parasites: absence of live parasites. Neither should dead parasites be present.

Primary packaging: Vacuum-shrunk polyethylene bag measuring approximately 43x32 cm and weighing approximately 15 grs.
Primary labelling: Trade name, scientific name, batch, shelf-life and weight.
Secondary packaging: Copolymer polypropylene box measuring approximately 16x29x38 cm and weighing approximately 315 grs.
Secondary labelling: Trade name, scientific name, batch, shelf-life, capture zone (FAO), ingredients and weight.

Temperatures: Refrigerated: between 0ºC - 5ºC.
Storage: Refrigerated: keep between 0ºC - 5ºC.
Sell-by date: 15 days (provided it is kept between 0°C - 5°C).
Useful life: 72 hours once the package is opened (keep between 0°C - 5°C).
